Our Top 3 Set Designs from 2025

Written by Nathan Kurszewski | Jan 15, 2026

We Take Our Jobs Very Seriously

When it comes to our set designs, we take our jobs very seriously. The stage is often the very first thing guests see when they walk through the doors of your event, and a boring design can instantly pull them out of the experience. That’s why our designers spend countless hours collaborating with clients to bring each of their visions to life, and why the stage designs we created in 2025 are something we’re incredibly passionate about.

With that in mind, let’s take a step back and revisit the three stage designs from 2025 that we’re most proud of, each of them a reflection of the creativity and collaboration from our team at Clarity. Obviously we’re thrilled on all the designs we’ve done for our clients in 2025, but these three take the cake.

1. Level Up Show

For our number one pick, the Level Up Show by Sotheby's is an event designed to help professionals grow through compelling ideas, meaningful conversations, hands-on networking, and practical learning, so the stage design needed to be an environment that fosters that sort of connection. The stage design was a true collaboration between our set designers and Sotheby’s that started from a simple napkin sketch and evolved through render iterations, ultimately shaping a “Tonight Show” environment with a live band, presenter walkouts, and desk interview segments. The set combined intelligent fixtures and old school studio lights to make the room actually feel like a live set. We also handcrafted a maple oak bookshelf surrounded with an LED wall in the middle to give the studio a bit of a natural element to further add to the live studio experience the client was trying to achieve.

This design was masterfully executed and earned its place as being one of the best designs from 2025.

2. LKQ Corporation

For this sports-themed conference for LKQ Corporation, we created a fully digital set that put immersive visuals front and center to give the audience the feeling of being at a March Madness game or NFL draft. The design featured a wide 3:1 projection screen that attendees literally walked through as they entered to make the first moments feel like stepping into the arena of a sporting event. We used large LED screens and dynamic content to bring that competitive atmosphere to life while tying in bold visuals to match LKQ’s brand and audience
This stage design was an intentional, collaborative effort, working closely with our design team and the client to refine multiple 3D renders so that every element contributed to an engaging experience that resonated with attendees from the moment they stepped into the room.

3. CVENT Connect

This last stage design comes from Cvent Connect which is the annual flagship conference where event, marketing, and hospitality professionals come together to explore the latest technology and share their best practices. For this stage design, we wanted to fully immerse the audience with an epic scale to give them a bold and dramatic visual experience. What made this stage design special was how the physical spaces were tailored to the event’s energy, with dynamic screen placements, lighting, and sound working together to support technical workshops, keynotes, and networking experiences.

Since we had presenters from both inside and outside the organization, we worked with the event planners to standardize everything in a 16:9 aspect ratio to easily use their creative content for any screen shape and size. Above it all, we added a striking circular truss with integrated/branded lighting to draw the focus to the presenters and enhance the overall atmosphere, creating a cohesive environment.

We didn’t just design an unforgettable stage, we designed it with purpose. Every piece of the Cvent Connect set from carpet and truss to screens and lighting was intentionally chosen so it could be reused or repurposed for future events.

While this design definitely earned its place on the list from its innovative displays, there’re a couple more we want to highlight from 2025.This stage definitely earned its place on the list from its innovative displays to the sustainability features it brought. While Clarity had countless events we wanted to include and were proud of, these three took the cake as our top three set designs from 2025.
