Clarity is searching for an experienced audio-visual account executive who is creative, adaptive to change, and solution-oriented. Being versed in both live and virtual event experiences is what it will take to be successful. You must have perseverance and grit to achieve success. Clarity values people who are efficient, organized, and self-driven in their daily tasks. Networking skills along with being a good conversationalist will benefit your efforts. Most of all you need to love talking to people, jumping on video calls, and enjoy having that next new conversation every day. In this role, you will focus on managing and growing existing accounts while also winning new business by engaging with potential customers on the phone, online, and in person. You will accomplish success through great customer relationships, positive teamwork, good communication, and attention to detail. You should enjoy in-person site visits and concept presentations while having the ability to connect and create a lasting impact. In connecting with customers, you will be able to create a shared vision for their events and communicate using creative visual concepts. Your daily activities will include, outbound call sessions, creating visual proposals, developing detailed quotes, attending site visits and events, working with the operations team, and managing all your client communication.
As an account executive, you will be responsible to build your pipeline of potential customers, respond to leads from our marketing efforts, and work with existing customers on their events. You will be required to generate new business through your efforts.
Our account executives must be efficient and comfortable working with software and graphics to create visual-based proposals, which sets Clarity apart. Embracing preparation for each demo, pitch, or presentation while being skilled at regular follow ups with each of your opportunities will allow you to see success.
In this role, you must be able to simplify the conversation, gain the customer's trust, and present compelling advice as it relates to live and virtual event technology. Understanding technology yet having the ability to communicate at the customer's level is an important approach to developing a successful relationship. Being versed and experienced in live and virtual event technologies is a requirement.
